We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping couriers to boxes (smashed, torn, etc.)

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
You have 24 hours since the order was placed to make any changes or cancel your order. If this time frame is passed, your order will be processed in our system automatically and nothing can be changed at this time. The following information is able to change:
The shipping address will be verified before processing orders. If we found that your shipping address is invalid or missing parts, your order will be held. We will contact you three times via your email to verify your shipping address. In case you do not respond to our emails, we reserve the right to cancel without your permission.
In case the shipping address is invalid or missing parts when verifying on our system, but you confirm that it is correct. We will process the order but do not take any responsibility if the package can’t be delivered to you due to an incorrect address

RETURN
We accept returns for the following reasons: defective products, the product is incorrect, products not as described on the website, damaged in transit.
Note: For products that are not defective (the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item), we do not accept returns.
Return Items conditions:
We only accept return products in new, unused condition.
If you want to return it, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, your items are not eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your requests if you can’t provide proper reasons.
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
For all cases, pictures of defective items are required for investigation.
Who is responsible for product returns?
Thenyandcompnays will provide prepaid labels for any manufacturer defects including defective products, a product that is incorrect, and products not as described on the website damaged in transit.
Return method:
We encourage customers to return items by mail
– Customers have request for return, please send email to us to the mailbox: [email protected] with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos about error on the product.
– We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.
– Package the return product
Depending on the shipping address, the time it takes for us to receive the returned product will vary. Once we receive your item, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been returned. For items over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.t
Notice: Please allows a 20% difference between advertised pictures and actual items in term of color due to lightning during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. The size is tiled measurement. Due to different measurement methods, if there is an error of 1cm, it is within a reasonable range.
Please carefully select specifications and sizes before placing an order .
In case the package can’t be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will not take any responsibility in the following cases
Return to sender due to invalid shipping address
An incomplete or invalid address will lead to this situation. Therefore, please double-check your information when you check out.
To avoid this problem, we will verify your address before processing your order. Any issues with it may lead to a delay in arrival time.
No access to the delivery location
REFUND
Thenyandcompnays will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase, on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase. The refund and it should reflect in your bank account in 10-15 business days. For credit card transactions, the total order value includes a processing fee . This fee will be deducted from the refund since it is paid by the bank and is non-refundable.
How can you get a refund?
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days after we notify you, please check your bank account
After that, contact your credit card issuer, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
Exchange (If applicable)
items are only eligible for exchange if customers provide proper reasons as stated in the “Return” part.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The replacement may take same time as original order to arrive.
